Our CEO
Scott Linehan, our CEO, holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and brings over 20 years of high-end construction experience. His extensive expertise includes costing, programming, project management, international and local procurement, high-end materials and finishes, architectural design, and value engineering. From small extensions and refurbishment projects to major luxury resorts in the Caribbean, Scott's leadership drives our commitment to excellence in every project.
Spazio Mobilis
Spazio Mobilis specialises in custom cabinetry and building materials, renowned for sophisticated, modern designs that blend technology with craftsmanship. Inspired by Italian design, our creations prioritise functionality and sociability, reflecting contemporary lifestyles. We offer consultancy, design, and building materials supply for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects worldwide. Based in Panama City, Panama, we serve the Latin American and Caribbean markets, providing comprehensive design, manufacturing, and logistics solutions.
